Q: Are there installation instructions on the web site?
A: Yes, under Technical Data

Q: Is the flooring glue-down or nail-down?
A: PlybooStrand flooring is glue down only, all others can be either glued or nailed down.

Q: Can you put flooring over concrete?
A: Yes. Please follow installation instructions .

Q: Can your floors be installed over radiant heating?
A: Yes. However, your subfloor should never exceed 85ºF and room temperature should not vary more than 15ºF year-round. For more information check installation instructions .

Q: What kind of adhesive can be used to glue down a floor?
A: We recommend Bostik's Best urethane adhesive.

Q: What kind of cleaner can be used?
A: For our floors we would recommend a standard floor cleaner, like Bona X Cleaners made by Bonakemi. See cleaning and maintenance in our installation instructions .

Q: Can plyboo floors be refinished?
A: Yes. For best results, we recommend applying an adhesion and two coat finish system manufactured by either BonaKemi, www.bonakemi.com , or Basic Coatings, www.basiccoatings.com.
